• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, doors, windows, and fencing

• Report and perform minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry)

• Maintain campus facilities in safe working condition

• Unlock and secure classrooms, offices, and labs daily

• Safekeeping and distribution of campus keys

• Repair broken windows, ceilings, doors, and leaks

• Assist with cleaning, gardening, and landscaping as needed

• Review and monitor the Security Occurrence Book for incidents

• Identify and report risks or security threats immediately

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports

• Work closely with security staff to ensure safe campus operations
